ABOUT ME
As your soul care practitioner and spiritual director, I long to help you discover the thing that God created you to do in your unique, "one of a kind" way.

My life's journey has been full of rich and challenging experiences and roles. I've been a wife and mother, an educator, a Christian Counselor, a Spiritual Director, and have founded and directed a ministry. These experiences have led me to the work that I do today.

Much of the work I have done over the years has been grounded in my own 12 Step recovery, enneagram knowledge, counseling work, and spiritual development. Through these tools, I have come to realize the importance of living out of my true and authentic self.

Let's step over the threshold into the fullness of the life you were made to live!
-Anne
I wait with love's expectancy. Lord Jesus, my door is always on the latch. Come in, dear guest, and be my host and tell me all Your mind.
