Through a unique four-session process, we’ll embark on a journey of authentic self-discovery.

After your four soul play sessions, Anne can help align your home with your inner self, creating a harmonious environment that supports your personal journey. This could include an in-home session or additional soul play work. There is always room for more play and deeper work.

Play and dreams are ways to connect to our past and future selves. We will explore what's holding you back, what you love to do and what life might be like without your old set of rules. Are you ready to step into a life filled with growth, beauty, and abundance? Let's play!

2025 Soul Play Group

Experience Growth through Play

How is your home playful? delightful? a reflection of your truest self? Begin 2025 with an alignment of your interior and exterior spaces.

In this soul play group, we will spend time playing together, examining our longings and noticing what delights us.

Group meetings are Thursdays from 9:30 am to 11:30 am on January 23, February 6, February 20 and March 6. Email Anne to learn more or join the group.
